| Position Description: Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a minimum of ten years experience in preparatory supervisory and managerial positions, including three to five years as a manufacturing manager. A working knowledge of precision machining and the automotive industry is preferred. Supervise and coordinate the various programs essential to manufacturing procedures, e.g. training, safety, 5S, cost reduction, wage and salary administration. Plan and determine the organizational structure, relationships, functions, line of authority and title of each subordinate manager and supervisor. Manage day-to-day plant operations, including scheduling of personnel, optimizing delivery and product quality, and controlling expenses. Manage steel scheduling and sourcing. Coordinate activities with Corporate Management. Develop and implement the annual expense and capital budget. Organize staffing to meet goals and objectives. Interact with customers’ operational and quality personnel as necessary. Delegate projects to managerial staff as appropriate. Maintain TS16949 and ISO 14001 certifications by being integrally involved in the annual audit process. Responsible for keeping and sustaining a clean, orderly, and safe workplace per the 5S guidelines. |

| Position Description: Manage the flow of production parts through the processes of molding, plating, painting, and assembling to meet customer demands and plant capabilities. 2+ to 5 years of experience scheduling parts in a manufacturing facility, worked with automotive suppliers before, any experience with electroplating preferred. Minimum AS Degree, Be part of a dynamic, global corporation with customers and employees around the world. | Position Description: Knowledge of fabrication manufacturing shop operations and processes. Knowledge of 7-Steps to Weld Excellence Program (7SWE). Good interpersonal communication, analytical, leadership and project management skills to develop a cooperative working relationship with others both inside and outside of our company. Capable of using and demonstrating statistical and problem solving tools. This position ensures the adequacy of the supplier's quality management system and the capability of people, training, tooling, fixturing and equipment. Provides technical support during start-up activities. Ensures that APQP activities related to process control are being performed by the supplier. Monitors supplier adherence to Process Change Notification (PCN) (for changes driven by supplier and company on a timely and cost effective basis. Helps suppliers extract value from eh APQP process. Manages supplier's project plans and activities to ensure product meets company expectations. Ensures all relevant requirements and related changes are thoroughly documented. Reviews APQP documentation (e.g., Process FMEA {failure mode & effects analysis}, Process Control Plans, Gage R&R {repeatability & reproducibility}). Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, along with 3-5 years job related experience. Engineering or manufacturing background plus familiarity with manufacturing processes used to produce components and assemblies for company products. |

| Position Description: Live in an exciting college town in the SE. Lead key projects to closure as defined by our company's management. Utilize proven problem solving techniques to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Work closely with Field Service, Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing on key projects. Provide project updates to management in monthly review meetings. Bachelors degree in relevant engineering discipline with 2-5+ related years experience or Masters degree in relevant engineering discipline with 0-2+ years related experience. Eagerness to understand and apply proven problem solving techniques. Shainin Apprentice or Journeyman certification is a plus but not required. Strong communication and project management skills. |

| Position Description: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. Coordinate and lead a team of production employees and first line supervisors across all three shifts within the corresponding department. The production manager will be responsible for coaching and leading their team, driving production efficiency, managing production goals, ensuring commitment to safe work practices, and drive engagement of their team. Manage the daily activities of all employees. Maintain adequate metrics to ensure levels of performance are known and improved upon. Ensure that adequate equipment is available and implemented safely so as to adequately and efficiently conduct business. Implement and enforce all policies, practices, and benefits and employ effective leadership techniques and employee relations activities to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all people working at the facility. Identify and implement methods and practices to achieve steady improvement in efficiency, quality, service and continuous improvement in operating profits. |

Will have 10 direct reports in a 3-shift non-union manufacturing facility. |
