Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects regarding plant functions, equipment utilization, material flow and training. This will be accomplished through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TQM, SPC, Drafting/Modeling software, MS Office products or similar. Bring a B.S. M.E. with 3+ yrs. manufacturing experience. Six Sigma Certification, hands-on experience with continuous improvement, project management, and lean manufacturing.
POSITION: Capital Projects Engineer Location: GA
Located in: Plant Salary: to $120,000
Develop and execute plans for projects, including resources, costs, schedule, roles, responsibilities and quality.
Lead project teams from inception to startup on Capital Projects.
Plan and coordinate large scale projects or several small to medium scale projects.
The Capital Project Engineer will lead project teams from inception to startup on Capital Projects. Capital Project Engineers are accountable for the scope, approved budget and schedule commitments while meeting required quality standards. The role is required to follow established project management standards. The Capital Project Engineer will be required to plan and coordinate large scale projects or several small to medium scale projects. This position is part of the Capital Project Group for the Client and will report to the Engineering Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Minimal of 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Manager. Maintenance experience with reliability aptitude is an asset. Possess the ability to effectively manage several capital projects at a time. Effective communication skills with internal customers, engineering consultants and vendors are a must. Possesses strong project planning and coordinating skills with a “hands-on” approach to problem solving.
POSITION: Field Packaging Engineer Location: GA
Located in: Plant Salary: to $75,000 – 110,000
Serve as the technical expert for all packaging.
Provide support to the sales organization in introducing our products to new customers or the introduction of new products to existing customers.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve product quality.
Client currently produces custom and stock foam, plastic, aluminum, pressed-paperboard, PE coated board, and molded-fiber packaging. You will serve as the technical expert for all packaging (RPET, Fiber, Foam) including but not limited to extrusion, thermoforming, including oven, labeling, stacking, denesting, molds & mold design, etc. Work closely with customers and suppliers (materials and Original Equipment Manufacturer) to understand, meet and improve their operational needs. Provide support to the sales organization in introducing our products to new customers or the introduction of new products to existing customers. Ensure quality standards are maintained and investigates opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve product quality, and consistency and implements corrective actions. Perform programming, monitoring and maintenance of molds.
You need to bring a BS in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of applicable experience, strong written and verbal communications. Experience in technical customer support for customers and suppliers. Demonstrated experience in supporting logistics, operations and/or manufacturing environments. Willingness to travel up to 70%.
POSITION: Production Supervisor Location: SC
Located in: Plant Salary: to $75,000
Provide Leadership in a facilitator roll to assigned associates to achieve departmental quality, quantity, service, cost and safety goals.
Initiate, or facilitate measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality.
Required a BS or BA degree in technical or business-related field and minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience, preferably in an industrial environment. Previous high-speed manufacturing experience in a technical or lead role highly desirable as is experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP.
POSITION: Electrical Process Engineer Location: TN
Located in: Plant Salary: $80,000
Evaluation of electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting researchprograms.
Provide technical support for production programs. the evaluation of electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Confirm system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or Engineering Technology, 1+ yrs. electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
POSITION: Process Engineer Location: AL
Located in: Plant Salary: $95,000 +

Bring a Technical Bachelor’s Degree along with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
POSITION: Production Supervisor Location: NJ
Located in: Plant Salary: to $70,000
Supervises and coordinates the activities of Direct and In-Direct in the final stages process.
Knowledge of J.D. Edwards system and working and coordinating with warehouse personnel.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Line Leaders, Operators, and Technicians in the packaging process. Maintain Line Leader and Operator job assignment to efficiently utilize available personnel. Insure Good Manufacturing Procedures training requirements are completed on time. Requires AS Degree minimum with 5+yrs. experience as a supervisor, preferably in a pharmaceutical packaging environment.
POSITION: Supv. Manufacturing Engineering Location: OH
Located in: Plant Salary: $95,000 +
You will need experience with the continuous improvement philosophy including working within an environment that embraces the daily use of these tools in a team environment. In addition experience operating within a fast-paced manufacturing company. You need to bring a Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing related engineering field with 5 + years' experience in a 3D designing CAD software (Pro E, Master CAM or Solid Edge) and support of manufacturing operations with a focus on machining and problem solving.
POSITION: Maintenance Manager Location: OH
Located in: Plant Salary: $90-120,000
Manage and implement predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance processes for assigned facilities to ensure high reliability of equipment and systems.
Supervise, lead and inspire a team of subordinates to efficiently achieve departmental objectives through daily planning and scheduling.
Develop and implement a long range strategic improvement maintenance plan.
Requires a BS Degree (major open), 5+ years of experience with CNC machining processes; 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with implementation of LEAN Manufacturing tools and techniques, along with project implementation.
POSITION: Project/Program Engineer Location: IN
Located in: Plant Salary: $95,000 +
Work with engineering and operations to remove roadblocks to ensure programs remain on-time and within budget.
Support a detailed execution plan working with the NPI Manager and team members from different functional disciplines (engineering, manufacturing, commercial, scheduling, quality) in an effort to ensure the timely completion of the plan. Utilize the PM (Program Management) software tool set to ensure cross-functional team members work collectively to complete the necessary tasks on time and provide weekly status updates for each program. Maintain detailed action lists for all programs and working closely with the engineering and operational teams to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget. You will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3+ yrs. experience, Program Management, Tooling design and/or CAD experience a plus. APQP/PFMEA/PPAP/SPC experience preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing a plus. APICS certification preferred.
