POSITION: Capital Projects Engineer Location: GA

The Capital Project Engineer will lead project teams from inception to startup on Capital Projects. Capital Project Engineers are accountable for the scope, approved budget and schedule commitments while meeting required quality standards. The role is required to follow established project management standards. The Capital Project Engineer will be required to plan and coordinate large scale projects or several small to medium scale projects. This position is part of the Capital Project Group for the Client and will report to the Engineering Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required. Minimal of 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer/Manager. Maintenance experience with reliability aptitude is an asset. Possess the ability to effectively manage several capital projects at a time. Effective communication skills with internal customers, engineering consultants and vendors are a must. Possesses strong project planning and coordinating skills with a “hands-on” approach to problem solving.
POSITION: Field Packaging Engineer Location: GA
Located in: Plant Salary: to $75,000 – 110,000
Client currently produces custom and stock foam, plastic, aluminum, pressed-paperboard, PE coated board, and molded-fiber packaging. You will serve as the technical expert for all packaging (RPET, Fiber, Foam) including but not limited to extrusion, thermoforming, including oven, labeling, stacking, denesting, molds & mold design, etc. Work closely with customers and suppliers (materials and Original Equipment Manufacturer) to understand, meet and improve their operational needs. Provide support to the sales organization in introducing our products to new customers or the introduction of new products to existing customers. Ensure quality standards are maintained and investigates opportunities for improvement. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve product quality, and consistency and implements corrective actions. Perform programming, monitoring and maintenance of molds.
You need to bring a BS in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of applicable experience, strong written and verbal communications. Experience in technical customer support for customers and suppliers. Demonstrated experience in supporting logistics, operations and/or manufacturing environments. Willingness to travel up to 70%.
POSITION: Project Engineering Manager Location: GA

· Oversee the development and execution of capital projects which includes the resources, costs, schedule, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the Client’s Project Delivery Process.
· Ensure Capital Plan efforts along with other engineering groups’ responsibilities are effectively coordinated and communicated.
The Project Engineering Manager will lead a team of 8-12 Project Engineers as well as contracted resources to execute the design and installation of production facilities and equipment. Develop 5-year Capital Plan. Develop and manage cost savings projects to support Client’s objectives. Manage Capital plan forecasting and spending on monthly basis.
Requires a B.S.M.E. or E.E with 8+ Years of experience as a Project Engineer/Manager role.
POSITION: Manufacturing Engineer Location: SC
Located in: Plant Salary: $80,000 +
Primary focus in areas of capacity expansion, quality/waste improvement and cost improvement programs. Required to handle multiple assignments of varying scope and complexity. Supports the plant manufacturing effort, with proven ability to identify problems and pursue plans toward their resolution. Specific focus will be in areas of improving upon chronic levels of quality, waste and equipment efficiencies. Will be required to handle several assignments (project & process duties) simultaneously. Specific focus will be in areas of improving upon chronic levels of quality, waste and equipment efficiencies.
Bring a B.S.M.E. and 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably in the high-speed production area in synchronous and asynchronous assembly platforms, cam-operated equipment, pneumatics, servo controlled assembly and AutoCAD. Sonic welding with an understanding of Lean Manufacturing initiatives with an emphasis in continuous improvement. Six Sigma certification (greenbelt or blackbelt) preferred.
POSITION: Maintenance Manager Location: OH
Located in: Plant Salary: $90-120,000
Requires a BS Degree (major open), 5+ years of experience with CNC machining processes; 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with implementation of LEAN Manufacturing tools and techniques, along with project implementation.
POSITION: Senior Electric Drives Systems Engineer Location: IL
Located in: Plant Salary: $75,000 - 100,000 + Bonus
Works with platform engineers to integrate the electric drive system into the vehicle. This involves designing electric drive system interfaces and specifying the related vehicle systems to meet the platform's vehicle requirements. Examples include geometric placement of electric drive components, gearbox interfaces and gear ratios, oil cooling circuits for electric machines, liquid cooling circuits for motors and drives, mechanical interfaces for inverters, electric machines, and wiring harness, and assembly, service, and safety aspects of electric drive system integration.
Project management activities will include budgeting, cost roll-ups, resource planning, project reviews with the platforms, metric tracking, and project reporting. This engineer will focus on business aspects and will strive to execute the projects according to the platform TIC, NRE and capital goals. In addition to vehicle projects, this engineer may lead enterprise "Expert Teams" (cross-functional enterprise working groups).
Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or related discipline(s). Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical strongly desired along with 7+ years’ experience.
POSITION: Quality Engineer Location: IN
