ROBERT W. SIMRIL & ASSOCIATES is in the business of identifying qualified candidates for clients who have requirements for professional expertise in a specified skill set.  Our approach in conducting business with both recruited candidates and clients is that Value Added = Quality. 

 

Bob Simril, the owner of Robert W. Simril & Associates is experienced in recruiting both technical and operations type candidates. Prior to starting his company in 1991, he worked in the recruiting profession for 17 years, with three firms, which allowed the building of experience and training under a cross section of management styles and industry exposure.

 We prefer to remain selective in our number of Search Assignments, which allows more time to be devoted to our clients. Mr. Simril is a member of ASME. He has served as Section Chairperson of ASME, SAE, ASQ Engineering Societies on a local basis. Our resources extend into the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest and Midwest plus other parts of the US. We are associated with a select few of other recruiting professionals on a personal basis, which extends our recruiting efforts on an as needed basis.

 

Our clients represent the metals, mechanical, electro-mechanical and process industries. They are automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2, consumer products, capital equipment manufacturers. The Search Assignments represent positions at the plant level, division and corporate level.

 

Our commitment to industry, interest in quality, growth in our profession through involvement with our clients and meeting their needs offers a challenge we strive to serve. We are located in the Southeast and encourage you to offer suggestions on how we may improve our services.

 

 Professionally we take the approach with our Profession as follows:

 Clients: If you need applicants for an open requisition, place the listing on the web i.e. Monster.com or your own internal web site, classified section of the local newspaper. If you need Potential Candidates who are pre-qualified, interested in your opening, willing to talk seriously contact us.

 

Candidates: We do not deal in Jobs rather Positions. There is a difference. If you find yourself in need of a job, check with the local Employment Security Commission, local Personal Agency, local Temp Agency.
