Position Description: Responsible for designing, developing and testing power electronics and other electrical systems and subsystems for new and existing power products, including DC Quick Charging products for the emerging Electric Vehicle market. - Designs and develops power conversion equipment (600V, <100kW) and electrical systems for single purpose applications. - Design power conversion topologies, power factor and VAR compensation, active filter design, R&D experience with bidirectional AC to DC high frequency/efficiency power conversion > 50kW, EMC and magnetics (low and high frequency). - Design experience with IGBT's, solid state electronics and various communication protocols.- Analyzes and simulates power electronics systems including, analog, DSP, and digital electronics. Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required. Knowledgeable in the areas of emerging power conversion topologies. Applies knowledge to power electronics applications. Experience developing advanced digital controls and algorithms for power conversion. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience applying digital control and algorithms to power electronics subsystems.

POSITION: Manufacturing Engineer

Position Description: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred). 2+ years of hands-on exp.(non management) in a manufacturing environment involving Plastic Injection molding or Thermoset Molding. Experience working on the actual molds in the tooling part of plastic injection molding, taking apart and adjusting molds on a regular basis. Daily Eng.  support to production molding. Coordinate optical assembly production as required. Design and develop new molds, molding processes, techniques, process improvements and cost reductions. Develop and document manufacturing instructions and data sheets. Perform data analysis and/or write progress reports on existing manufacturing processes to ensure performance is within expectations.

POSITION: Production Supervisor –Packaging

Position Description: The Supervisor in this position will establish necessary operational procedures, controls and training to insure adherence to established safety, quality and production standards, and position department operations to maintain a competitive advantage in our industry. Organize the internal structure of the department to provide optimal use of personnel, assets and procedures to maintain productions standards and reduce costs. Plan, coordinate and direct departmental functions performed by all employees on a day-to-day basis. Review operations reports to resolve production and maintenance issues. Develop and revise operational and work practices to drive continuous improvements. Effectively communicate pertinent information to employees and coach them to achieve maximum performance. Compile, store and report relevant production statistics. Insure operating departments are in compliance with all FDA, OSHA and EPA requirements. Conduct performance evaluations, monitor compensation and overtime, counsel employees and maintain discipline of the department.

Position Description: Must have BS degree in Science or Engineering, an recognized Environmental certification, and 3-5 years of relevant environmental experience to include the following. Implementation and maintenance of environmental management systems. Solid knowledge of Air, Water, and Waste regulations (local and Federal) and permitting. Record keeping and reporting. Hands-on support to engineering programs and selection of pollution abatement equipment. This position is truly a HANDS-ON , engineering oriented, leadership position. Reports to Plant Manager. Must be type person who will not be uncomfortable being out in plant areas in a heavy industrial environment.

POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor

Position Description: Assures equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity. Implements process enhancements to improve process enhancements to improve package and flavor changeover efficiency. Utilizes visual factory concepts to maximize asset utilization and plant performance. Builds the capability of maintenance technicians. Tracks standard manufacturing and warehouse measures and prioritizes plant maintenance opportunities. POSITION: Maintenance Manager

LOCATED IN: Distribution Center

Position Description: Responsible for electrical, mechanical and hydraulic servicing and efficient maintenance of material handling machinery and equipment, HVAC, building and grounds in accordance with governmental regulations and company policies and procedures. Interprets vendor requirements to develop, schedule and control a preventive maintenance program. Plans and executes a CONTINUAL work schedule to maximize equipment uptime, associate safety and excellent working conditions. Coordinates activities of associates in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems including: conveyors, laser scanners, automatic label printer applicators, chain driven sortation devices and HVAC systems.  Assigns associate to specific projects based on knowledge of machinery and capabilities. Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure standards of workmanship and safety are maintained. Maintains inventories of maintenance material, supplies, and repair parts with an eye toward optimum uptime and minimum stores using criticality, vendor location, lead time and carrying cost trade-offs. Recommends, plans and implements equipment needs to improve production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures. Trains and evaluates staff. Manage direct reports (12). Budget responsibilities.

Position Description: BSME- Hands-on manufacturing engineer for the injection molding plant area. Must have 2-5 yrs. hands-on injection molding exp. in a high volume/ high speed assembly and packaging plant environment. CAD exp PRO-E a plus. Work with staff on cost improvements, reliability, and throughput Need a hands-on plastic tooling engineer who can communicate effectively with European staff. Involved with troubleshooting, repair, minor design changes using Pro-E and general engineering skills.

POSITION: Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Description: Responsible for the hands on daily supervision of GMP manufacturing operations and personnel within the manufacturing suite(s) in the Purification Group. Participate in all aspects of personnel management (interviewing, training, coaching and developing). Responsible for all day to day operations in the GMP manufacturing suite(s) in which they are assigned. Hands on supervision and support of manufacturing staff in the operation of all upstream, downstream or support equipment to include: autoclaves, depyrogenation ovens, fermentors, centrifuges, homogenizers, filtration skids, chromatography skids, process vessels, etc. Requires BS in a scientific discipline and 5+ years experience with large-scale GMP biotech manufacturing processes; or equivalent education, training and experience; previous supervisory experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.

Improve and value engineer existing product designs. Conduct FMEA and tolerance analysis. Requires BS degree in Physics or BSEE with 10+ years of progressive industrial product development experience in high-tech electronic and/or industrial control industry (developing analog, digital, and microcontroller based circuits). 3 years of experience as a Lead engineer or a project manager with at least 3 reports. 5 years hands-on expertise in development of electronic interfaces with various physical sensors.

Position Description: Improve system performance by increasing the reliability of all plant equipment including process, packaging, material handling, and utility systems.  Provide technical support for the evolution from reactive to proactive maintenance, which will lead to productivity improvement and a reduced maintenance cost/case.  Identify, implement, and communicate productivity improvements corporate wide.  Act as a technical consultant for new capital expenditures to ensure maintainability and reliability has been optimized to achieve the lowest life cycle cost (LCC) and highest equipment availability possible. Requires B.S. degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program is required.  6+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, and/or manufacturing.
