Position Description: Responsible for designing, developing and testing power electronics and other electrical systems and subsystems for new and existing power products, including DC Quick Charging products for the emerging Electric Vehicle market. - Designs and develops power conversion equipment (600V, <100kW) and electrical systems for single purpose applications. - Design power conversion topologies, power factor and VAR compensation, active filter design, R&D experience with bidirectional AC to DC high frequency/efficiency power conversion > 50kW, EMC and magnetics (low and high frequency). - Design experience with IGBT's, solid state electronics and various communication protocols.- Analyzes and simulates power electronics systems including, analog, DSP, and digital electronics. Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required. Knowledgeable in the areas of emerging power conversion topologies. Applies knowledge to power electronics applications. Position Description: Responsible for electrical, mechanical and hydraulic servicing and efficient maintenance of material handling machinery and equipment, HVAC, building and grounds in accordance with governmental regulations and company policies and procedures. Interprets vendor requirements to develop, schedule and control a preventive maintenance program. Plans and executes a CONTINUAL work schedule to maximize equipment uptime, associate safety and excellent working conditions. Coordinates activities of associates in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems including: conveyors, laser scanners, automatic label printer applicators, chain driven sortation devices and HVAC systems. Assigns associate to specific projects based on knowledge of machinery and capabilities. Inspects jobs in process and at completion to ensure standards of workmanship and safety are maintained.
